Founder & Principal Advisor
Our founder is a technology leader, digital transformation practitioner, and executive adviser with over two decades of experience spanning financial services and technology. She has led enterprise architecture functions, directed multi-year transformation programmes, and advised C-suite and board-level leaders on technology governance and digital investment assurance.
Her work today centers on AI and data strategy: helping institutions assess AI readiness, design responsible governance frameworks, and build the data foundations that make AI investment sound and defensible. She partners with executive teams to translate AI ambition into governed, executable strategy, and works as a leadership adviser and executive coach, facilitating board and leadership retreats and coaching senior executives through the organizational shifts that AI driven transformation demands.
She holds a doctorate in leadership and change management, along with postgraduate qualifications in business and technology leadership. She publishes applied research on leadership and digital governance, and remains actively engaged in leading architecture, AI, and governance communities, bringing current thinking on responsible AI practice directly into her advisory work.
